IT Support – Lisburn – Permanent – c£35,000 DOE
REED Technology are delighted too represent an excellent MSP who due to continued growth are seeking to add an additional Support engineer too their team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role. The Engineer will be responsible for the deployment of hardware & software, providing technical expertise and guidance (1st & 2nd Line IT Support), The role will cover a mixture of helpdesk Support & onsite client installations.
You will be working as part of a team putting our customers first, There will be assistance providing 1st & 2nd line support service, including remote & onsite to ensure that all service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Responsibilities
Essential Criteria
• Experience with Windows Server and Desktops
• knowledge on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Office 365
• knowledge working with Active Directory & Azure AD
• Vast knowledge on DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• Backup - Configure, maintain, troubleshooting experience.
