Job Title: IT Support Engineer Reports To: Service Delivery ManagerLocation: Hybrid (4 days in our office in Ramsgate, 1 day from home)Salary: £23,400 per annum + up to £2,500 performance bonus + EO profit share

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming service requests from clients and provide outstanding customer support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining top-tier technology and security standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor and manage your ticket queue in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Multi-task and stay organised while balancing customer calls, emails, and system alerts
• Stay calm and positive under pressure to ensure a smooth customer experience
