IT Support Engineer - Latcom Plc : Job Details

IT Support Engineer. Based in Liverpool City Centre my client has a new requirement for an IT Support Engineer with 2 days WFH. I am looking for someone around 2 years experience in a similar role. This role is split into 50% IT Support and 50% Project work. Please only send your CV if your based in or around Liverpool City Centre or live within a commutable distance.

You must have experience/technical skills in:

• Active Directory.
• Microsoft 365.
• Experience of delivering projects.
• Talking to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic/common sense.
• Excellent communicator/professional.

Role involves:

• Support/enhance critical IT services, including Active Directory & Microsoft 365.
• Support the delivery of project workstreams, meeting objectives efficiently.
• Innovate & drive efficiencies in IT service delivery.
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs, delivering IT support to the highest standards.
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needs.
