What They’re Looking For:
- A background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or B2B environments.
- Experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows 11, macOS, and iOS.
- A proactive problem solver who is self-motivated and adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering first-class service.
