Internal IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for IT hardware and software, including laptops, mobile devices, and telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve first-line IT support requests, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure critical applications, systems, and servers achieve maximum uptime.
• Assist in rolling out system updates, essential maintenance, and wider IT projects.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve IT services.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant qualifications, such as A-Level or equivalent in IT and CompTIA A+ certification.
• A solid understanding of ITIL methodology and experience in first-line IT support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft desktop environments, Windows OS, and MS Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, remote control tools, and VOIP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to support.
