What we are looking for:

• Previous experience of working within an IT Service Desk environment (ideally 2 years or more)
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10, O365, AD etc
• Excellent communication skills to raise tickets effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware & software issues remotely
