£26,000 - £36,000 + Benefits + Overtime + Progression

Are you an IT Support technician or similar looking for an opportunity to support an exciting managed services business who support schools and academies with IT Support, in a position that offers opportunities to take leadership and share your expertise?

On offer is a role within a specialist IT team of 8 engineers, supporting over 70 sites in a specialist business that has gone from strength to strength since they were founded in 2008. This company are local to Cheltenham and support a wide variety of school infrastructure which will open doors for a support technician to learn new technologies and skills.

In this role you will support school IT Infrastructures and Networks both remotely and travelling between sites. You must have experience in a similar role and ideally working in the education sector.

The ideal IT Support Engineer will have experience in a similar role and be adaptable to new environments and technologies. This role will cover various sides of the IT department to ensure the success of the wider business.

THE ROLE:

• Maintaining and configuring IT infrastructure for a thriving business
• Working alongside the IT team to plan updates and routine checkups
• Autonomy over your own work with guidance where needed

THE PERSON:

• Experience in a similar role
• Local to Cheltenham with transport and clean license
• Looking to work with new technologies
