Your Experience:
- Experience in Print Management & Fault Diagnostics
- Comfortable working remote as well as initial on-site diagnostics
- Excellent time management skill
- Pragmatic approach to user support
- Lives within the London region
Your Role:
- Provide day to day local/remote print management and diagnostics support
- Ticket-based environment
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
