Your Experience:

  • Experience in Print Management & Fault Diagnostics
  • Comfortable working remote as well as initial on-site diagnostics
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Pragmatic approach to user support

Your Role:

  • Provide day to day local/remote print management and diagnostics support
  • Ticket-based environment
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
