• Solid, broad range of IT support skills. Some of the work will be over the phone and some will be hands on.

• Excellent communication skills and flexibility to come in to the office 3-4 days per week.

• MS Office suite and basic knowledge of networking concepts.

• Excellent problem solving skills and able to take on new information and learn.
