IT Support Technician required by Communications client. Our client deliver world class broadband and internet services and are a leading player in the communications domain. Due to team expansion, our client is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to help them in their growth.

Essential Skills and Experience

• HND or Degree in Computing or a similar discipline
• 2+ years of working for a Managed Services Provider - MSP
• Windows Server 2019/2022 and Windows Desktop 10/11 skills and experience
• Previous experience doing 1st and 2nd Line support roles

Desirable Skills and Experience

• Knowledge of VMware or other Virtual Environments
• Microsoft Qualifications would be highly desirable.
