Forward Role is excited to be supporting a thriving retailer based in Salford that are looking for an IT Systems and Support Manager to join their team, they’ve grown incredibly over the past couple of years and have awards to show for it!

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise IT systems, implement new solutions, and drive system improvements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve inefficiencies using technology.
• Document procedures and ensure full utilisation of existing systems.
• Liaise with third-party providers for support and development.
• Oversee system administration, upgrades, and ensure software security and compliance.
• Manage the IT Support Analyst and future team members, overseeing ticketing systems and workload prioritisation.
• Provide technical support, training, and act as the subject matter expert for key platforms.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Experience managing business systems, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of business workflows and leveraging technology for improvement.
• Proven ability to manage technology projects from selection through to optimisation.
• Analytical, proactive problem-solver with experience resolving complex issues.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.
• Experience in team leadership and delivering end-user training.
• Familiarity with Sage 200, Linnworks, or Peoplevox is advantageous.

This role is 5 days on site in their stunning Salford office, you will get flexibility to choose your start and finish times.
