This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading & award-winning MSP based in Greater London. This role pays £55,000 + training & benefits and will split your time between customer sites and working from home.  

My client is an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner MSP with an impressive number of SME customers in the Greater London, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, and Sussex areas.

To be considered for this position, you will have a strong background in third-line support and experience with Microsoft-based installation, rollout, and migration projects.

As an experienced IT Consultant, you will be highly competent with a Microsoft stack and be familiar with managing multiple concurrent projects at any one time. Skills & experience will include: 

• Windows Server to Azure migrations
• Active Directory to Azure AD migrations
• Office 365 migrations & implementations
• Working with HyperV & VMWare 
• Network switches, routers & firewalls
• Antivirus & backup solutions
• Various hardware vendors like IBM, Dell, HP, Cisco, etc 

Working for an MSP as an IT Consultant you will provide 3rd line BAU infrastructure support to a wide variety of SME customers. In addition to your BAU work you will also be responsible for various implementation & migration projects – predominantly on-prem to cloud migrations – so a good experience in managing your own projects will be important. 

This role pays £50,000 + £4500 car allowance, discounted private tech purchases pension, healthcare, dental, life assurance, childcare vouchers, and Cycle to Work scheme. Although the company is based in the Guildford area, when you are not at customer sites you will be able to work from home if desired.
