IT Systems Administrator – O365 / Azure / Intune An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Systems Administrator to support the IT systems and their maintenance, as well as IT requests and tasks ensuring the are managed effectively and respond in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity to learn new technologies and progress within a growing organisation.Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of our ubiquity firewalls, switches and Wireless access points
- Creation of cyber security training and phishing campaigns
- On/off boarding of staff in O365
- Maintenance of licenses
- Basic Dynamics support
- Enforcing security policies such as MFA.
- Setup of Intune and Auto pilot
- Putting together PC’s and setting up hardware across the office.
- Being a final point of call for users and assisting them with any issues that need resolving.
- Escalation points to the MSP and following up if no response or response not resolved.
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network issues.
- Providing training and guidance to users on how to use IT systems and tools effectively and securely.
- Collaborating and communicating with other IT staff and vendors to resolve complex or urgent issues.
- Handling other ad hoc IT requests
- Support of SaaS products
- Maintenance of Azure and PowerApps.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Relevant educational background or experience in IT systems - 1 to 2 years of preferred experience providing systems support to users
- Good knowledge of O365 and azure
- Have implemented Intune and auto pilot
- Aware of good cyber security practice
- Have good experience of the Microsoft tech stack
- Working knowledge of dynamics
- Good understanding of ubiquity systems
- Be willing to support users in an emergency where the MSP cant
- Be a team player who can work successfully with other departments in a multi-cultural, multi- lingual environment
- Able to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously
- Service-minded, organized and able to work independently with little supervision.
- Be passionate about IT in delivering customer service to a range of employees across the Group
Desirable:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of BI tools such as SSRS, SSIS, PowerBi, Python, Docentric and Onestream.
