Main duties:Ensuring that all invoices are paid on time and chased if still outstanding.

The Role:- Manage email inbox and answer or escalate all enquiries- Accurately process invoices in order to maintain complete financial records- Accounts reconciliation and correct any discrepancies for accurate reporting- Set up clients’ payment details and ensure these are kept up to date- Closing all ledgers in time for the month-end

The candidate:- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in a financial role (ideally in similar role)- Confident personality with excellent communication skills- Data driven with a strong attention to detail - IT literate

Salary: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
