An opportunity has arisen for a proficient Italian speaker to fill the role of an Italian Speaking HR Administrator in the life science industry.

Description

The key responsibilities of a Italian speaking HR Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Provide comprehensive HR administrative support within the life science department.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring the utmost accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including arranging interviews and issuing employment contracts.
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide proper solutions.
  • Support with the onboarding and offboarding process for staff.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information.
  • Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking colleagues and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Italian speaking HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • CIPD level 3 desirable but not essential.
  • Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with HR systems and databases.
  • Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of HR procedures and an ability to apply them to complex situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and dedicated approach to work.

Job Offer

On offer to the candidate;

  • Immediate Start opportunity.
  • 12-month fixed term contract.
  • An estimated salary range of £27,000 - £35,000, commensurate with experience.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
