Lead Java Software Developer - Fintech, West London, £140 to £160K?, bonus + bens. You must be a very hands-on Lead Software Developer with experience working in Fintech and leading small teams of Java, backend developers, Spring, REST APIs etc.

This is a Hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the West London office.

You will be leading a team of developers who are working to design and build new features to theexisting code base, as well as research and develop new and innovative solutions to helpmaintain our edge in the marketplace.All our products are built from a common platform, so the team works across the wholebusiness. To avoid accumulating knowledge silos, we actively rotate developers around allour sub-teams, ensuring that everyone gains first-hand knowledge on all areas of ourcodebase.This means you can expect to participate in a wide variety of work: designing and buildingsoftware for low latency trading systems, investigating new block chain technologies, anddoing data analytics work to help senior management make data-led business decisions.
