About the Role

As a Joiner, you will play a key role in crafting, assembling, and repairing wooden structures and components to a high standard. This varied role involves working on bespoke projects for events and entertainment clients, delivering high-quality work that brings creative visions to life. You will be based in our fully equipped warehouse, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape timber and other materials.
• Assemble and fit components with precision.
• Build and refurbish unique structures and installations for events and entertainment projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand creative briefs and requirements.
• Follow technical drawings and plans.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joiner.
• Excellent knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Flexibility and creativity to adapt to varied projects and client needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
