Major Players are working with a London-based creative agency to recruit a Junior Account Manager into their team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will report to an Account Director and assist in managing social content, from ideation through to production and implementation. You'll support with content and campaign briefs, and manage integrated campaigns across TV, OOH, Print, Social, and Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client briefs, conduct Q&A sessions, and coordinate internal resources.
- Initiate and support in kicking-off meetings and manage project plans.
- Create cost estimates and scopes of work with senior support.
- Handle change requests and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of clients' marketing and brand strategies.
- Lead effective meetings, create agendas, and manage client expectations.
- Brief and work with the production team from pre-production to delivery.
- Attend shoots and manage the integrated production process.
- Manage internal resources and connect them to estimates.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for creativity, advertising, social media, and communications.
- Demonstrate a passion for social media and leverage different channels for brand communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with social channels and best practices.
- Experience in integrated campaign development.
