Working as a Junior Accountant for an Investment Management firm in London assisting in month end reconciliations, processing day to day financial transactions including debits and credits and also assisting in trial balances.

Description

• Process day-to-day financial transactions, including debits and credits.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of trial balances.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data.
• Assist in month-end reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with senior accountants on financial audits and other accounting projects.

Profile

• From a Financial Services background OR Accounting practice
• Part qualified OR working towards relevant qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA OR equivalent)
• Happy to come into the office 3 days a week in the office
• A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Familiarity with double-entry bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of debits, credits, and the trial balance process.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
