the role:
To provide complete administrative support to the organisation; focusing primarily on the pre-sales and sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate computer-based software for the sales process and use all the word processing and other software to
- produce correspondence, reports, training specifications, training programmes and data updates, as required.
- Operate the marketing and sales systems.
- Maintain catalogue, reference and update handouts and other reference material for the sales process.
- Receive, record and deliver telephone messages.
- Assist the organisation on stands at exhibitions.
- All round administration support tasks.
