  • Engaging and building relationships with clients and proactively working to find new opportunities.

  • Providing end user support

We are looking for:

  • Stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable in developing and maintaining relationships and communicating effectively with a wide range of audiences.

  • Experience in identifying project challenges and escalating them appropriately.

Skills:

  • Expertise in business analysis related to commercial operations.
  • Experience in process modelling, business process management (BPM), digital process management (DPM) and/or process automation.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders on a project
  • Experience working directly with clients both in a face to face and a virtual environment.
