They are on the lookout for an ambitious Junior Architectural Technologist who is looking to develop within the company and work on various high-profile projects.

To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist, you will need UK based experience as a Technologist after completing a degree within Architectural Technology. Competency with Revit is essential, as well as working on projects within the residential sector across a range of RIBA work stages. Strong technical and design skills will be needed, as well as the ability to work well autonomously.

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience with a UK practice as a Technologist
• Experience with Revit is essential
• Looking to become CIAT registered
• Experience working on projects within the residential sector
• Understanding of UK building regulations
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good detailing and design skills
• Good technical skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Live within the Manchester area
