Junior Associate, US Infrastructure Fund

We are now working with a leading US Infrastructure private equity fund. They have a great name in core infrastructure investing, and an excellent track record.

They are now looking to add a junior Investment Associate to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of investments for the fund.

Roles and responsibilities

• Origination of new deal opportunities
• Analysis of new investments 
• Financial modelling, financial due diligence, structuring
• Deal execution

Professional experience required

• 2nd analyst to 1st year associate level with 2 to 4 years experience
• Infrastructure deal experience
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Currently working in a leading investment bank or advisor
• Experienced in working on major M&A deals
