Junior Block Manager - Dove & Hawk : Job Details

Dove & Hawk are on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Property Manager to join a leading property management firm specialising in residential block management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in property management. The successful candidate will assist in the management of residential blocks, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that residents receive top-quality service.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Assist in the day-to-day management of residential blocks.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring timely completion.
• Dealing with residents in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure properties are in good condition.
• Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Support the Senior Property Manager with administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full Driving license preferred
• Prior experience is required
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (required)
• Customer service: 1 year (required)

Salary Budget: £25,000 - £27,000per annum
