We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estate Planning Advisor to join our Estate Planning Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced private client practitioners, deepen your knowledge, and gain hands-on experience in a wide variety of estate planning areas. About the Role:

In this varied and dynamic role, you will support professionals, clients, and in-house teams with a wide range of estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, taxation, and estate administration. With over 2,000 consultants nationwide relying on our technical expertise, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to external partners and in-house teams.
  • Advising on estate planning documentation, trust management, and the implications of buying and selling trust and estate assets.
  • Acting as a professional trustee, chairing trustee meetings, and directly advising clients.
  • Assisting with the drafting and review of complex legal documents, including Deeds of Variation and Trusts of Land.
  • Delivering training courses to external partners on estate planning basics.
  • Conducting research to provide insights on trust law and practical applications.
