Junior Export Clerk - Freightserve : Job Details

Freightserve recruitment are looking for Junior Export Clerk for a major Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area. The roles would suit College Leaver or University Graduate who are looking to start a career within Freight Forwarding.

Responsibilities (Full Training):-

• Gathering export documents and executing export entries.
• Speak with customers, handling any requests and questions.
• Liaise with Airlines and Haulier, organising deliveries.
• Liaise with 3PL suppliers and warehousing.
• Be an integral part of the Air Freight Team and support the Account Management with day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Keen to learn and start your career in logistics.
• Excellent telephone manner, customer service and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Previous exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry advantageous, but not essential.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
