Front of House Executive

Liverpool Street, a 1 minute walk away from the station!

Permanent, Full Time (8am-5pm, Monday - Friday)

£25,000 annually

? 20 days paid holiday plus an additional day for each year of service (up to 25 days max)

• Greet tenants and guests warmly, making them feel welcome ??
• Oversee the reception area to ensure it's tidy and professional at all times
• Handle the reception's phone calls and direct inquiries effectively
• Assist tenants of the company portfolio with daily queries, ensuring a stellar service
• Maintain visual standards by conducting daily checks of the building
• Collaborate with fellow executives to cover reception during breaks
• Previous customer service experience is a must ??
• Highly organised, proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Empathy and a friendly demeanour to create a supportive environment
• Friendly, polite, bubbly, kind, and confident personality traits ??
• Ability to foster close relationships with tenants and colleagues
• Experience in a similar front-of-house role
• Proficient in CRM systems (experience with Yardi is a plus)
• Comfortable with security systems such as Net2
• Skilled in handling office equipment and general administrative tools
