We’re on the hunt for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Leeds City Centre Creative Agency where you will work with other likeminded Creatives from their Studio. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a passionate and supportive team on exciting global projects, from brainstorming initial ideas to delivering polished campaigns.

As a Junior Designer, we don’t expect you to know everything – but we are looking for someone with a drive to learn and have a flair for design. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills across graphic design and even dip your toes into 3D design with access to some of the latest design tools in this space to harness your development.

As a Junior Graphic Designer we are looking for:

• Some experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects & Photoshop)
• A strong eye for detail and an ideas-first approach to design
• A desire to learn and explore 3D software
• Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A proactive, can-do attitude with good organizational skills
• This role is perfect for someone fresh out of university or with 1–2 years of experience looking to take their first big step in the design world
