Junior HR Business Partner

Our client, a luxury manufacturer, has an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team!
The role:
· Assist the Senior/HR Business Partner in providing strategic input, growing business understanding.
· Build knowledge of headcount requirements for area of responsibility and work with the Senior/HR Business Partner to develop clear workforce plans, ensuring effective organisation design.
· Utilise HR analytics to analyse trends to provide actionable insights and support decision making.
· Support in driving a high-performance culture, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
· Work with the Senior/HR Business Partner to facilitate the implementation of CoE-designed programmes, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and operational priorities.
· Act as a bridge between CoEs and operational HR, providing feedback and insights to refine and optimise initiatives such as learning and development, talent acquisition.
· Support ER casework and escalate complex cases. Resolve concerns in a fair, timely, and compliant manner, ensuring best practices are followed.
· Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters and policies.
· Support performance reviews and action plans, driving these to successful completion.
· Provide coaching and guidance to front line leaders to strengthen people management capabilities.
· Partner with hiring managers on junior-mid roles ensuring the best talent is hired.
· Work with the Senior/HR Business Partner to identify and develop talent pipelines, ensuring succession planning is completed and plans are delivered to retain high-potential and critical roles.
· Support organisational change initiatives in teams, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining engagement and communications during periods of transformation.
· Drive continuous improvement efforts to strengthen team performance and operational efficiency.
Key skills/ experience:
· A level 5 degree in Human Resources or similar. Level 7 is desirable.
· Experience in a similar capacity preferably within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
· Good working knowledge of UK employment law, HR processes, employee relations, and performance management practices.
· Experience of driving organisational change initiatives.
· High levels of integrity, able to handle confidential information and maintain trust with key stakeholders.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence
· Demonstrable ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and influence decision-making.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering process improvements.
· Excellent IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
