You will inherit and lead our established team of 4-5 consultants in the thriving US tech market, driving growth, results and success.Rise Technical is a leading recruitment consultancy across, Energy, Engineering, Technology and Construction markets, operating in the UK, US and Europe, in both private and public sectors. Growing from 3 people to over 200 today, with ambitious plans to over 1000. We currently have offices in Bristol, London, Manchester and Miami, and soon to open in Austin! We have further locations on the horizon and looking for people with shared values and vision to play a huge part in this.This is an exciting and unique role as our current manager moves to lead the new Austin office. The Person:

• New or experienced tech recruitment manager

• Experience in a 360 technology recruitment role essential
