About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and digitally savvy Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some marketing knowledge or a keen interest in entering the field. You'll gain hands-on experience while receiving support and training from our senior marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms to promote services and boost brand visibility.
• Support social media activities, including content scheduling, engagement monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Help maintain and update the company’s website.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
• Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement) and provide insights to improve marketing efforts.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather information for content creation.
• Provide general support to the Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, and senior team members on various campaigns and projects.

About you:

Essential:

• A strong interest in marketing and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools (experience is a plus but not required).
• Digitally savvy, with familiarity or experience using social media platforms and website content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work well in a team and support senior marketing members.

Desirable:

• Experience with digital analytics tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous but not essential.
