Day to Day of the Role:

• Architect strategic marketing plans, leveraging expertise in email marketing, social media, PPC, content creation, and data analysis to optimise event attendance and audience growth.

• Lead generation efforts to convert website traffic into marketing-qualified leads, developing calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content.

• Execute marketing campaigns focused on enhancing sponsorship and driving delegate ticket sales.

• Analyse, build, and research data to inform marketing decisions, recognising the importance of data in marketing.

• Utilise social media marketing skills to expand reach and engage with the target audience.

• Collaborate with graphic designers to create promotional materials that resonate with the audience.

• Develop and implement strategic partnerships and contra deals with key media, industry, and event partners.

• Manage the events website, ensuring it is up-to-date and provides a seamless online experience.

• Craft compelling copy for various media and promotional materials.

• Oversee end-to-end campaign development and management, showcasing a range of skills and creativity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Confident and dynamic personality with the ability to inspire others.

• Creative outlook with a keen eye for infusing creativity into marketing strategies.

• Previous experience in events marketing is highly advantageous.

• Degree-level education is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience with Pardot, list building, and email setup is a bonus.
