JUNIOR OPERATIONS CLERK- GALLERY SERVICE - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

**EXCITING NEW ROLE**

My clients a well-established, friendly medium sized global freight forwarder. They are seeking a Junior operations clerk to join their gallery service team based at Heathrow.

Duties would include:

• Supporting the operations team
• Updating deliver notes
• Ensuring storage records are updated daily
• Handling customs documentation
• Invoicing clients
• Preparing quotes for clients
• General admin ie data entry and filing

Skills needed:

• Basic knowledge of Import / exports
• PC literate
• Good customer service skills
• Keen to learn
• Strong problem solving skills

Working hours:

• Monday-Friday 0900-1800 / 0800-1700
