Dawn Ellmore Employment are assisting a top-rate law firm in London, who are seeking a Junior Patent Secretary to join their team permanently on a hybrid-working basis.

What experience will you need? Ideally, you will have some experience working as a Patent Secretary (although this does not have to be extensive). Those with some IP formalities experience will also be considered. Additionally, you’ll need to be a highly organised individual with the ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.

Duties will be wide-ranging within this role and will include preparing and filing patent applications; corresponding with foreign agents and multiple IPOs; maintaining the firm’s IP database with new and accurate information; responsible for managing the diaries of Fee Earners.
