Salary: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 + benefits

Currently recruiting for a growing digital client who are looking to hire a junior product manager / owner to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for managing change for all digital initiatives across the business and have a direct reporting line into the head of product.

Highly desirable - commercial experience within product or project management along with some expertise with release processes or similar. Great opportunity for a candidate who is driven, keen to learn and a real self-starter. Tangible opportunity to really advance your skillset and career.

Any experience working on web / digital / CMS projects highly desirable.

Responsibilities / Skills

• Requirement gathering across the business
• Commercial project, product or business analysis experience
• Change management for suppliers both internally and externally
• Product road mapping and improvement
• Data analysis and reporting
• CMS / Website and/or native app experience
• JIRA of similar tool experience
• Used to working within small, agile teams
• Release process experience
• Strong ability to communicate across the wider business with a range of stakeholders
• Ability to work with a range of technical professionals
• You will be willing to learn, not afraid to ask questions and actively involving yourself in product/project meetings. You will be closely supported by the head of product who will invest time and effort into building your experience and skill set, therefore the right attitude is imperative.
• Drive and confidence are essential; it's a high pressured and fast paced role
• Prince 2 or Agile experience, any certifications also great to see
