Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of Junior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out will involve:

• Junior Project Manager position dealing with high quality fit out projects for commercial spaces
• Managing the projects from cradle to grave
• Working closely with Tier 1 contractors, architects, & specifying consultants
• Liaising regularly with Design, Pre-Construction and Installation teams
• Attend pre contract and client meetings where required
• Ensure the project is on schedule to be completed within the deadline and budgets
• Responsible for financial elements of the projects ensuring that margins are maintained
• Contact clients to deal with queries and resolve any issues
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
• Managing projects ranging in value up to circa £1,000,000

The ideal applicant will be a Junior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out with

• Must have 2+ years project management experience within the commercial fit out / design & build market sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Full UK driving license and vehicle
• Well presented, confident, and motivated individual
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
