Junior Project Manager- Inside IR35- Remote- £200/day

SR2 are working with a great consultancy who are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join them ASAP and support a healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have strategic vision, multidisciplinary team management skills, and technical knowledge in agile methodologies, software product development, and budget management.Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and supervise programs/projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Manage scope, risks, changes, and incidents during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and motivate the team, assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and evaluate performance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reports on project status, results, and lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with Executive Sponsors and Business Owners to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and comprehensive plans.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project status.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
• 2-3 years of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) experience.
• Extensive budget management experience
• Change Management experience.
• Bonsuss of Healthcare IT project management experience.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and other PM tools.
