Are you a dedicated Supervisor or Assistant PM looking for a new opportunity in London?

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join a leading security management company based in London. This role involves managing single or multiple projects simultaneously and requires a candidate with robust experience in project management who can handle project issues independently and control all aspects of projects including cost control, programming, and coordination.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and oversee single or multiple projects, ensuring all company and client-specific procedures are adhered to.
  • Monitor financial costs weekly and produce monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure total compliance with all health and safety requirements across projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with all parties involved in projects.
  • Resolve technical issues in conjunction with the Project Manager and Technical Services.
  • Produce and manage accurate project-specific programmes of works that coordinate with main contractors’ schedules.
  • Manage contract drawings from approval to final fitting.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and commissioning is carried out according to both company and client procedures, and ensure documentation is distributed to relevant parties.
  • Oversee the production of detailed operating and maintenance manuals upon project completion.
  • Ensure all projects are completed, signed off, and handed over to the client satisfactorily.
  • Analyse tenders handed over as projects, identifying any potential issues before commencement of works.
  • Provide support to Field Technicians regarding on-site queries or problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management within the security management industry or related fields.
  • Strong ability to resolve a majority of project-related issues independently.
  • Excellent cost control, programming, communication, problem-solving, and procurement skills.
  • Proficient in coordinating with other trades on site.
  • Familiarity with NACOSS procedures and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ability to produce and manage project documentation and reports effectively.
