Junior Property Manager - MM recruitment : Job Details

Property development & management company are seeking a junior property manager to join their well established and dynamic group.

Some experience in a property related role would be useful for this position which has great opportunities for growth and progression.

Working as part of a team, responsibilities will include:

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties.
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants

We require:

• Understanding of property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• A clean driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Office hours 9 am - 6 pm

Salary £25-28k per annum
