Junior Sales Negotiator - Newstaff Employment : Job Details

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Junior Sales Negotiator to join a successful estate agency based in Borehamwood.

Car owner required. The ideal candidate will have some previous sales experience or have a real interest in building a career in sales.

The Role:

• Canvassing potential buyers to generate interest in properties and viewings
• Receiving and managing customer enquiries
• Securing appointments for property valuations
• Negotiating the sale
• Follow up and admin tasks
• Managing effective relationships with customers

Personal Attributes:

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Self-motivated and driven with a keen interest to build a career in sales
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Team player, willing to learn and progress
• Good general IT literacy

Full timr hours

Basic salary plus OTE to £30,000 pa + Benefits
