Transaction Support: Assist in managing bridging finance transactions from initiation to completion, working closely with senior solicitors and financial professionals to ensure efficient and accurate handling of all deals.

Document Review and Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and other relevant legal documents under the guidance of senior team members.

Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing timely updates on transaction progress, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
