Junior Sous Chef - Brighton, £29k to £32k plus £7,500k in tips per year, 45/50 hours - every hour you work you get paid for. You can work 4 days on, 3 days off or 5 days on 2 days off depending on the rota. All meals on duty and working for a good stable company. Cooking all fresh food from scratch. You must be living and working in the UK or have Right to Work/Settlement status. NO Visa's.
Come and join this great company and cook all fresh food from scratch to a high standard. You will be working in a brigade of 6 with covers of about 60. You need to have worked as a Junior Sous Chef before or be a Senior Chef de Partie looking for that next step up. Ideally a background from a high standard gastro pub or restaurant (not from a chain or a burger place). You will be working in an open kitchen cooking to a high standard.
