My Client, a theme restaurant in central Worcester, is looking to recruit a Permanent Junior Sous ChefThey require a suitably experienced CDP looking to make the next step in a highly regarded venueThe main responsibilities of the job includes- Assist senior Chefs in managing kitchen operations - Support with training, and development of Line chefs - Support with food preparation and presentation - Work closely with front-of-house teams- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times- Address operational issues and equipment malfunctions promptly The salary on offer is up to £30,00 plus bonus plus tipsKeywords:SCDP, Junior Sous, Sous Chef
