The opportunity:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior Support Engineer to join our team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT systems. What you’ll be doing:Navigate the ticketing system to track and resolve user issues
Follow up with users to ensure satisfactory resolution of their problems
Identify common hardware issues, such as printer malfunctions or monitor connectivity problems
Gauge the complexity of issues with the guidance of a mentor
Execute basic network troubleshooting tasks
Contribute to the internal wiki by providing updates and new entries
Collaborate with the team to maintain system security and integrity
Actively learn about IT services and user support techniques
Work closely with mentors and team members to develop skills and knowledge
