Job Title: Junior Sustainability Consultant         Location: South Midlands & Stansted, Essex. If you're eager to make a difference and grow in the field of sustainability, we want to hear from you. The Role of Junior Sustainability Consultant:

• Assist Account Managers to develop, execute, and maintain a customer care plan, ensuring regular and appropriate level of communication with the client
• Maintain a portfolio of accounts, covering all aspects of our clients’ services
• Ensure account retention by positively handling and resolving any technical queries, and understanding the requirements of the client and the industries they operate in
• Support Account Managers with audits when required
• Supporting Account Managers with appropriate data collection techniques for clients

To be considered for the role of Junior Sustainability Consultant:

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience with data management.
• Excellent relationship-building.
• Strong analytical, numeracy, organization and administrative ability.
• Be proactive and have a self-motivating attitude.
• Understanding of the principles of service quality.
• An interest in environmental issue.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Experience in a similar role.

The Package for Junior Sustainability Consultant:

• Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)      
• Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
