Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Digital Analytics Specialist to join our clients' growing team. In this role, you'll work with a variety of clients to implement, manage, and optimize digital performance measurement tools and strategies. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, creating insightful dashboards, and providing expert advice to both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Consent Mode, and Cookie Consent Banners, as well as other digital analysis tools to monitor and enhance client performance.
- Create data layer specifications, and test these to ensure variables are pulling into tags and reporting dashboards as needed.
- Lead peer reviews of tagging and analytics setups across client accounts.
- Manage server-side tagging to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop data visualization dashboards using Looker Studio, offering full transparency on digital performance for both clients and internal teams.
- Use BigQuery and Data Form to integrate data sources with dashboards and visualizations.
- Set up and manage data warehousing in Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
- Implement third-party tags in accordance with client requirements.
- Set up tracking requirements for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) experiments using A/B testing tools such as VWO and Adobe Target.
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and workshops to present insights and discuss strategies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on new business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams via our project management platform, Teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in an agency environment.
- GAIQ (Google Analytics Individual Qualification) certification is essential.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Consent Mode.
- Hands-on experience with setting up Cookie Consent banners (e.g., OneTrust, CookieYes).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and dashboard integration.
- Experience building data visualization dashboards, preferably in Looker Studio.
- Ability to write basic to intermediate JavaScript functions.
- Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Trello and Basecamp.
- Experience setting up CRO experiments in A/B and MVT testing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
