• Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 per annum

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence across our warehouse operations, directly contributing to the satisfaction of our clients across Healthcare, Education, and Leisure sectors.

• Supervise a team of 40, ensuring all shifts run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain responsibility for the operational success of all shifts, including vehicle loading, order completion, and timely delivery.
• Manage the warehouse and fridge maintenance to uphold quality and safety standards.
• Engage hands-on in daily activities, including picking, packing, and loading alongside the team.
• Manage a fleet of 13 x 3.5-tonne vans in collaboration with the General Manager (GM).
• Handle the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless integration.
• Travel to suppliers as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Support the GM with various tasks and take proactive steps to resolve any shortages or issues.

• Energetic and self-motivated with a strong desire to make an impact.
• Resilient and confident, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent self-management skills, able to prioritise effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying and rectifying errors.
• Valid Driving Licence is essential.
• Forklift Licence is preferred but not mandatory.
