Job SummaryThis role involves building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Executives role is to oversee select national retailers; developing new business from existing customers, proactively identifying new opportunities, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Being the main point of contact for queries from specific customers.
  • Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
  • Pro-actively contact new and existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
  • Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
  • Capture & update customer information accurately.
  • Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals.
  • Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Business travel to numerous off-site meetings and trade shows.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and working swiftly to resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer wherever possible.

  • Experience with Business Development & opening new accounts.
  • Previous experience in a sales role.
  • Interest in gaming.
