Job SummaryThis role involves building and maintaining long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Executives role is to oversee select national retailers; developing new business from existing customers, proactively identifying new opportunities, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Being the main point of contact for queries from specific customers.
- Take time to build great relationships with each customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
- Pro-actively contact new and existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
- Contact customers via phone and email to assist with a variety of sales queries.
- Capture & update customer information accurately.
- Be a team player, helping drive performance by constantly challenging self & by inspiring others to meet their goals.
- Respond to changing priorities and achieve tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Business travel to numerous off-site meetings and trade shows.
- Taking ownership of customer issues and working swiftly to resolve them to the satisfaction of the customer wherever possible.
