They are looking to recruit a key account manager with experience in the food and beverage industry.The jobThe Account Manager role is highly consultative, proactive and opportunity focused. For us, it's not about coverage with as many customers as possible, it's about having meaningful interactions with customers to support their productivity and effectiveness The Account Manager role is highly collaborative, you will work closely with teammates and other departments to ensure an optimum level of customer experience with a strategic customer development approach. It's essential the successful candidate has experience in the food and Beveridge industry.Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing a bottom up budget for account base to achieve desired year on year growth aspirations of the business.
  • Develop winning customer relationships to achieve budgeted growth targets set by the business in terms of gross sales value and profitability.
  • Prepare accurate estimations and quotations for customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their technical needs and offer solutions
  • Use business development tools to gain new business and meet clients to increase and gain new accounts

Key skills/experiences

  • Essential that you have experience in the food and drink industry
  • Strong commercial skill-set having worked in a similar role/industry
  • Excellent at building and developing relationship with new and existing customers
  • Driven, hard-working, commercial and keen to develop and exceed targets
  • Experience meeting clients face to face
  • Understanding and experience in the food and beverage industry
