- Develop a sales forecast, set business development and key account strategies for the assigned accounts in line with the business strategy.
- Understand customers’ key business requirements to determine current and future business needs
- Develop a key account strategy for existing customers that enhance existing revenue and margins, by introducing new products that expand the business relationship, optimising pricing & repeat orders.
- Introduce innovations to existing and prospective customers, and act as a key advisor in helping them select solutions best suited to their needs.
- Increase sales volumes with maximum profitability, in the assigned accounts. Look for continuous improvement.
Experience Required
- Experience working in a Key Account Manager role or similar
- Exposure managing major retail brands accounts
- Ideally have experience in packaging
